@FrontierCorp My Frontier Internet has been out since April 24th. 1. Frontier has NO IDEA if someone is working on problem. 2. Frontier neither has any idea of when we will get internet again. 3. DONT GET FRONTIER U GET 1.7mbps download speed. Normal is 40. @FrontierCorp

My Internet in Simpsonville, SC, 29681 has been down since Apr 24th. CS in india says we have outage, apps and Website says, NO OUTAGE. CS says @FrontierCorp apps dont stay updated FRONTIER INTERNET SUCKS

@FrontierCorp is the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They messed up my account conversion and refuse to fix it. Both adults in this house work from home and even though they turned off the service in error on Sunday they can't fix it until Thursday?!?!?

@FrontierCorp When it works, it goes out about every 10 to 14 days but this time it’s been out for going on 72 hours now and if you’re in a small town, it really sucks nowhere near the speed they talk about, yeah, I’m frustrated. I’m actually freaking pissed.

@FrontierCorp Why would I trust this when my phone doesn't work with your 5G network? My phone runs like it's on 250MB on your 5G network. 4G is good though.
