Why does it take so long to resolve one ticket? SR11071189768264. There is no phone support available, and it seems like you don't take tickets seriously. D chat bot systm is already useless. @ACTFibernet need an explanation for the ₹320 charge, since I paid 6 months in advance.

@ACTFibernet Internet not working for more than 18 hours now. Ticket raised SR10271209277024. No one contacted yet. Working day and it’s severely hampering my office work. Plz look into this asap.
