@ACTFibernet I have an ACT internet connection. I have issues with the internet and raised multiple complaints from the last 1 month. They are just creating the tickets and closing without fixing the issue. Escalated to HYD nodel officer but no use.

Dear @ACTFibernet we requested new connection in my location 3days before. Your team respond very well, for explanation and documents & charges. Same day we paid 6months pack.still here no net connection they giving very well explanation so sad on that
