@ACTFibernet Having a lousy experience with these guys. Unfortunately went for a year subscription, now repenting for it. 1 week into installation & these guys haven’t been able to activate the connection. Numerous complaints on the chatbot go unheeded. Survey before you buy in.

@Airtel_Presence Hi we are wasting time in this. Pls let me know the procedure to cancel the connection. Your service technician is not attending calls as well. My other branch has an @ACTFibernet and never have I ever faced this kind of outage.

@ACTFibernet I requested for cancellation 4 days after the start of the current billing period. There was misunderstanding of the billing date, otherwise I would have cancelled earlier. But you have the audacity to ask me to pay the invoice that is created for a seven months…

@MuratuAdiMahesh @ACTFibernet Be careful man. After the free subscription ends they will add subscription charges by default to the bill for all the services if you don't cancel within free period.
