@ACTFibernet what kind of service team aare you guys running. i raised a complaint your guys came and said okay we will look into and then closed the ticket, said call us but dont reopen the ticket. since then they are not picking the calls only. ticket no SR10271189433504.

ACT is the worst internet service providers in Bangalore. Can’t change a simple plan even after talking to them over 10 calls. They added a DEMO Plan for 6000RS. Can’t believe I’m getting 1 mbps for the 6000Rs I paid. Please don’t subscribe to ACT. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I guess your verification system is just checking if the ticket is closed by the assigned support executive. The issue is still the same. Please fix this! It's been 2 days now!

@ACTFibernet Still waiting for a resolution. The support executive keeps changing his words and just wants to close the ticket at any cost. Hope someone will look into this.

@ACTFibernet I have not seen such a bad service no Seriousness on the request logged multiple cases but no solution and all the tickets closed calling Local Area Manager Vinayak (+91 96329 04216) not answering at all FrustratedRelated Services
