@ACTFibernet 5 mins rain in Bengaluru and connection went off,. happened twince in 5 days. support numbers not picking calls. It's a blocker for our work. Pls improve your service like how you are punctual in sending payment reminders 15 days before itself. Location : Horamavu

Despite following up so many times, @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD has failed to resolve the issue. This is a clear case of misleading a customer by the sales rep. He takes money on the pretext of connection even when there is no feasibility. This company is a joke, fraud company.
