@airtel I took an airtel broadband connection for the internet on May 28th & from May 30th there was no internet connection till now. There was no proper support frm customer support or technicians. I was a customer of @ACTFibernet for 10 years & never faced a problem like this.

@ACTFibernet 2nd instance of internet down in a week. Raised SR10171182459364 today. Please attend it at the earliest. Why this is happening every now and then? Never faced such issue in the past.

@ACTFibernet Horrible service! Requested installation yesterday & paid for 6 months in advance. Engineer supposed to come and install early today. No one shows up & no way to reach a human being to check what is happening..cancel request & refund money please!
