@ACTFibernet Hi team, I've been waiting for the last one month from 8th April to till now issue, which is not closed, which means u people are giving me a worse service ever. As a customer, I ask u for recovery time taken this much longer.

@ACTFibernet Really upset with ACT Customer Service. People are only calling but not turning back to solve the problem. Multiple calls but no solution. Since I have paid my 6 month subscription before. Will u treat like this. This his second time. I have made wrong decisions

Worst service that some IP provider can give to the customer! @JioFiberChennai i was using @ACTFibernet for past 2 years it was troublesome not this much troublesome like Jio. For the past 2 days no internet connection and no one either cane to visit ! Will never recommend this!

@ACTFibernet has the worst customer service executives. They keep closing the Internet malfunction tickets without resolving them and I have to keep reopening it again and again. Ticket no : SR10371169393224 Strongly recommended not to opt for ACT.

@ACTFibernet I have given a disconnection request SR10371088012754 because you charged me ₹650 for relocation within Chennai. A person from support called and asked the reason for disconnection I said abt the charges. She said we can do relocation for free of cost. I accepted.Related Services
