American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

Never flying @AmericanAir again. Check in and the only seat that isnât a paid seat is the back row. Lots of free seats but all are âupgradesâ that cost a lot extra. Complete scam. Never again.

@AmericanAir 21 days ago I had a horrible experience with cancelled & delayed flights. I was told my points would be returned to my account within 24 hours. 18 days ago I received an email from AA support saying that my trip points would be fully refunded within 24 hours

@AmericanAir I reported them. It was faster. I understand delays, it happens. The lack of communication was the issue. If I miss my connection I would rather not go. I'm on board hoping for the best.
