Never flying @AmericanAir again. Check in and the only seat that isn’t a paid seat is the back row. Lots of free seats but all are “upgrades” that cost a lot extra. Complete scam. Never again.

@AmericanAir 21 days ago I had a horrible experience with cancelled & delayed flights. I was told my points would be returned to my account within 24 hours. 18 days ago I received an email from AA support saying that my trip points would be fully refunded within 24 hours
