@British_Airways you guys are absolutely terrible in Heathrow right now. No assistance whatsoever after non-weather delays made us miss our connecting flight to Dallas. Literally no assistance for the last hour.

@British_Airways -called twice and hung up on with the problem not solved. the 6.15pm LHR-NAP yesterday was cancelled. BA rebooked us on same flight today but we made alt plans. Pls can you issue an email to confirm the cancellation and a refund will be issued for original flight

@tgmspence @British_Airways If you complain or make a complaint be prepared to wait…still waiting on my claim that was put in on 9th Feb! I flew to the US 10 x last year…looks like I’ll be flying United or Virgin moving forward. Shame on BA

The @British_Airways @AmexUK credit card appears to be perfectly designed for controlling and coercive behaviour. A joint account, with both partners seeing the balance, is impossible. Instead, one person can see the balance and activity of both; the other can’t! Madness @TheFCA

@British_Airways So called Exec Club Monday after waiting since 2 April . Still not resolved. This is simply not working . 4 calls to date and repeat case every time !!
