@British_Airways So I send you a private message like you asked and what do I get in response. An automated system telling me they can’t do anything. Pathetic is an understatement. Sean Doyle should be appalled and ashamed of his customer service measures.

@British_Airways 28 days is a satisfactory amount of time to investigate and have a resolution for a complaint. But leaving it more than 2 full months without any communication to the customer is disgraceful.Related Services
