@British_Airways I have written to Sean Doyle, (CEO), twice over the past two months! The letter was sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery signed for each time. Not a single response or resolution to my issue! This shows just how much a customer really means to British Airways!

@reynlord @British_Airways they once lost my bag on a 40 min flight, manchester to london… the whole week we were in london with NOTHING but the clothes we arrived in, luckily they offered to cover toiletries and clothes, otherwise customer service was fucking dreadful, the stress it caused

@British_Airways Doesn’t mean it isn’t ridiculous Cody. I was skipping one flight out of 4 but not changing anything else so availability couldn’t be a problem as I was already booked into the other flights. Fine to charge an admin fee but charging more than the entire return flight - really..?
