What terrible service! @British_Airways missing 3/4 of passenger bags on BA157 resulting in hour long queues at baggage claim. Not a single word from the flight staff as we all waiting approx. an hour at the baggage belt. What ever happened to your service?

@JackieJam4 @ollymurs @takethat @British_Airways Also, if you've ever tried to deal with BA regarding a delay or issue, you'd know that it's usually easier to just walk wherever. Airlines will never give a 6hr delay, something with regs, so it goes in increments. And walking landside when you've cleared security is not easy!

@British_Airways Thanks for the response - definitely all my information is in, I am a simple case, everything looks like it should work until the final "check in now" step, then I'm told "actually, no". So this seems like a me issue rather than a general issue, but I don't see why. ☹️
