@British_Airways @k2gbl BA only has inaccessible customer services online. Your partners are awful and complaints fell on deaf ears with ‘it’s not our department’ when speaking to BA. This was after I spent 24 hours in dogmas if delays with another of your partners @qatarairways

@British_Airways After at least a dozen interactions over the 11 days I conclude that BA customer service are some of the least empowered to solve an issue or even provide information I've ever witnessed. This includes, in-person, phone and web.

Can @British_Airways get any worse? Txt me 1 hr before boarding suggesting I can upgrade, fail to respond to tweets and don’t add points to my account! When I try to complete claim I can’t claim for missing points after 3 days yet it’s only 1 day!!!

@British_Airways Maybe you shouldn’t give people a timeline of 2 to 3 weeks. When you’re not going to stick to that time limit. My complaint was of various things. The fact that you are meant to be one of the best airlines, shocked me by everything that happened.
