@British_Airways She has a reference. So no contact from the 19th of December is normal at the moment? She's quite keen to get the overcharged money back asap, it's a really simple case she has sent all the info in too. How long is the expected wait please? just to manage expectations

@British_Airways my non Twitter using colleague has contacted your complaints team 3 times with no response. She was charged twice for excess baggage (paid for family and wasn't actually flying). She paid on the machine and it didn't work, so had to go to the manned check in...
