My son has now learned a harsh lesson: @British_Airways is shit. And they can’t be bothered. Their attitude: if you don’t like it, fly someone else. Today was meant to be the start of a great vacation in Greece for him and his partner. But they’ve fucked it all. Sad.

@British_Airways had the unfortunate pleasure of T5 having issues with baggage once again today. Returned from Palma, Mallorca to find my bike box had made the flight, but your ground staff wouldn’t be delivering it to the terminal. Beyond shambolic scenes and customer service

@UKVIgovuk @British_Airways @MEAIndia Indian evisa team mentioned we should be good to travel Monday afternoon flight to HYD. They also mentioned since my kid already have a valid evisa they dont need to issue new one even though we applied.

@UKVIgovuk stopped my US citizen 4 year old kid in taking connection from LHR to HYD citing Indian multiple evisa can't be used more than thrice. We contacted Indian evisa & they confirmed there is no rule as such. @British_Airways @MEAIndia

Crowded field, given their 1990s-style website and habit of arbitrarily cancelling flights, but the shittest bit of the @British_Airways customer experience is surely the bit where they repeatedly try to harangue you into putting hand luggage into the hold
