@Optus the My Optus APP has to rank as the worst APP, and there are plenty of contenders. (Optus Sport APP is ok). Why is a Verify code needed AFTER PIN has been input. Why does it always ask you for info multiple times. Even when you get a human, you have to repeat. READ !

Dear @Optus!! Please release more Sim Only Data plans! The $20 for 20GB a month is a joke it’s 2024!! Not 2001… you need to bring back the 500GB sim only data plans or add even higher ones
