@gruntledness @drlynntownsend @optus_help @Optus I didn’t get this fixed and its still not working. I just didn’t follow through with support as I don’t use Optus as my primary email. I was mainly raising this on behalf of my dad who has since raised his own support call and as far as I understand its still not working.

Dear @MicrosoftHelps - The email from Optusnet keeps getting bounced by your spam filters. This has been going on for a couple of years now, and is affecting a LOT of @Optus customers. (It's affecting @gmail too). Could you talk to the Optus Mail Techs PLEASE and try and sort it?

optus’ complete inability to hire australians has resulted in my nbn being cancelled from now instead of from the 29th which I confirmed with them on the phone 10+ times and now they won’t reinstate it or give me the mobile data to make up for it lmao @Optus
