@Optus the My Optus APP has to rank as the worst APP, and there are plenty of contenders. (Optus Sport APP is ok). Why is a Verify code needed AFTER PIN has been input. Why does it always ask you for info multiple times. Even when you get a human, you have to repeat. READ !
