@Telstra can someone help with the fraud case raised with Telstra. Telstra saying the unexpected port out from @Optus to Telstra is related to fraud but Optus saying it's glitch in your system which triggered old cancelled port out. Can someone please hell with the status. Thanks

@tesssmegan_ @Optus Optus are useless! They don’t know what’s going on! They have different policies every time I need a bill extension… usually only by 24 hours but get told multiple times they can’t do it. Then get told they can give me a 10 day extension?
