K I just got some sms texts that @optus users sent me on Friday last week. The test messages I sent myself from my work phone haven’t come through either. Not talking about rcs or IMessage stuff. Plain old sms.

The only way to avoid this $5 fee for a human mistake is to keep your phone in airplane mode while traveling overseas which means you cannot receive emergency calls or SMS from back home. Poor product or perhaps intentional to exploit human mistakes. #Optus FAIL!

Disappointing that @optus is still letting this happen. Can’t sack Bayer Rosmarin twice though. Optus, why aren’t you forcing people to go into a store to prove who they are? Why aren’t you calling the phone to see if the actual owner answers? WTF is going on?…
