@FrontierCorp @CNN Absolute garbage company. I was told a technician was coming out 3x in a 2 month period with 3 no call no shows. When I complained they offered me a $20 credit. Garbage dropped services constantly.

@FrontierCorp We scheduled a tech over 2 weeks ago & they were supposed to come to our house today. Instead, Brian the tech didn't show up, called us, got upset when we said our issues weren't resolved, & HUNG UP ON US! Very rude & unprofessional!! #DoBetterFrontier

@FrontierCorp Having had Frontier internet for many years due to lack of options, I can say it is terrible. When I paid for 6MBS I was lucky to get 1. Now I pay for 25 and get about 6. No reason to think the fiber will give you what they say. Only service worse is Hughesnet.

Home internet has been out all day. Was told it wasn't the connection so bought a new router... same freaking problem. About to go back to Com-crap. @FrontierCorp SUCKS.
