@FrontierCorp We scheduled a tech over 2 weeks ago & they were supposed to come to our house today. Instead, Brian the tech didn't show up, called us, got upset when we said our issues weren't resolved, & HUNG UP ON US! Very rude & unprofessional!! #DoBetterFrontier
