@British_Airways I filed a complaint via that link and was fobbed off with an auto response. I have been told that it’s impossible to speak to a human when you have a complaint to make about @British_Airways. It’s an utter disgrace

@British_Airways had the most terrible food service on BA0056.. literally 11 hours with no food.. no veggie , beef or chicken option. Only one meal option with pork for dinner and breakfast.. crew didn't seem bothered at all..
