I called their central office and the response was that since I missed a leg of the 4 leg journey, they were still investigating and would not allow me board. A friend & @British_Airways saved me that day as I had appointment in the UK. I hv been on the issue with them

@British_Airways good morning. I am flying from Lagos to Indiana tomorrow and have checked in the Lagos to London leg. I am unable to check in the London to Chicago leg as the system is not letting me submit my advanced passenger information

@British_Airways How do I forfeit something I don’t even know how to use or have been struggling to use. I went to your office here in Abuja yesterday and they said they couldn’t assist me either. Because I called BA out on Twitter yesterday, different scammers have been contacting me.

@British_Airways We have been going back & forth to see how they can convert the voucher to cash and up till date, no response from BA. I called the customer care and someone told me that if I don’t use the voucher by the end of this December, that I’ll forfeit it.

@British_Airways I submitted a claim online and after much back and forth with BA, they sent a voucher to my sister in Glasgow after I had left. I took the voucher to the bank to see if I could pay it into my domiciliary account but they said I couldn’t.
