Really sad to know that my complaint wasn’t even registered at @British_Airways . I stayed back in the airport, gave the complain, completed all documentation, despite all this, all I get to know in the DM is that my complain isn’t registered. If so, how did I get an SMS ?

@ShriyaShekhar @British_Airways This is absolutely unacceptable. Flying is such a calming experience. This never should’ve happened. Glad you voiced this out, pal. How about going for @emirates @SingaporeAir next time? Their crew, their service and the atmos in general is extremely palpable & amicable.
