@British_Airways I read on your website that you can freeze your status for a year if you're on mat leave. However nobody replies when I email the address provided (baby@ba.com) so don't really want to send a birth certificate there. Can you please advise? Thanks!

@British_Airways BA would always be my preffered airline until I have issues and there’s just no urgency to resolve them and you can’t even speak to customer relations or email them! What happened to your customer service? It’s in the gutter!

@British_Airways cancelled flight home leaving me stranded for 3 nights with no assistance. Had to fork out all the remaining money in my bank account for accomodation and you're unable to respond to my claim, leaving me in debt for the month. appalling.

@British_Airways Im shocked at your service this morning, my friend a mother of a 1yrs partner was refused board today because todays date was longer than 10 yrs issue but the expiry date is clearly September 24. He’d travelled on it last week. You’ve made a mother travel alone.

@British_Airways I will be submitting a complaint and claim. Arrived 2.5hours after expected time. LCY changed to LHR is the equivalent of saying I need to get back to EDI vs GLA. Both in Scotland but not same place and adds extra travel time&inconvenience
