@gfpaterson @British_Airways The BA app & the BA website are atrocious. I work in the Middle East & fly internationally every 8 weeks or so, and the main reason (there are others) I avoid BA when I can is because of the crappy app and website. Luthansa, KLM, Saudia and Emirates all get my custom instead.

@British_Airways Possibly the worst user experience ever. Spent the last 30 mins trying to change my seat & getting 'please enable cookies'. Tried enabling, two different browsers, clearing cache, tried both app & website. Neither work. Pathetic.

@British_Airways I've tried making a booking using evouchers in different browsers, on different devices and it does not work. Keep getting an error thay something went wrong. Can you advise
