@ACTFibernet Day 5: No internet yet. Have raised the issue to Nodal Officer and also to ConsumerCourt Forum. Have demanded that i dont need the service anymore and so the remaining amount must be refunded to Me. Worst broadband of Hyderabad.

@ACTFibernet There is no provision for Act Fibernet at my society, yet your sales executives misguided me to make the payment for new connection. Your technical team clarified later and assured a refund of the same within 4 days. It's been more than 10 days by now, and there is no refund yet.
