@ACTFibernet my internet is not working, I have raised a ticket but it says issue will be resolved tomorrow night. I mean seriously?

@ACTFibernet Sadly the service has been nothing but disappointing . Until the payment for new connection was done all the sales executive were chasing us but once the payment is done the installation engineer came once reported a issue and then vanished

@ACTFibernet This is the same dialogue or monologue you have taught your customer care & response team. But no one from the Technician or anything has reached out to me. How can I be assured you would resolve the issue. Would you reduce the internet bill for the days internet is not working?

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet the only person who's been trying to call you is me. And I have been spending hours of the day instead of my work trying to talk to you and tell you that your internet is bad, not worth it and has been affecting my work for the past 4 days. Tomorrow it'll be 5.

@ACTFibernet DM'd the same message, how can you resolve an internet issue without reaching out to the customer, nor your technician has visited to check if everything is fine. Unbelievable method of resolution you have without resolving the issue.
