@ACTFibernet I took a connection at Vaishali Ghaziabad then I transfer my connection to new Delhi race course customer care told me to payment extra fees then I paid after that they told our services is not this area then I registered complain to refund my money

@ACTFibernet from past 24 hours my internet is not working, when I contact care I get same response that it will fix by 2May 10am, today I get a new message that now it will be fixed 9pm.... this is not a proper way to handle the problem. Kindly arrange atleast a call back !!

@ACTFibernet This is high time now my internet is down from 12:00 PM, 05-03-2024. Raised 1st complaint at 3:00pm, 05-03-2024 Your company gave ETR my issue by 9:00pm, 05-03-2024. But I never got any call from any of your technicians.
