Hi @ACTFibernet, my internet connection has been disrupted for the past 4 days and now it has been 3 days since I raised the ticket. This has been a routine now that every month I at least face a day of disruption. Can you pl resolve it soon?

@ACTFibernet , worst internet provider in Bangalore. No internet since two days. No courtesy to answer calls. While chatbot provides resolution time as 2 hours. Its high time, ACT leadership should take call on this kind of long time service disruption without any prior msg.

@ACTFibernet Very very pathetic service from you guys! Someone from your team came at 9:30 pm as if he is obliging us by coming to our place , and vanishes with half work done saying its already 10pm! Do you understand, how important the internet service is for people to work?

ACT is the worst internet service providers in Bangalore. Can’t change a simple plan even after talking to them over 10 calls. They added a DEMO Plan for 6000RS. Can’t believe I’m getting 1 mbps for the 6000Rs I paid. Please don’t subscribe to ACT. @ACTFibernet
