Its been an week and i am facing continuously issues with the wifi @ACTFibernet you guys promised the speed to be exact but it was not. I bought plan of 100mbps getting speed only of 90-95mbps. Secondly everyday internet gets down. Pathetic service #actfibernet

@ACTFibernet I bought new connection from @ACTFibernet in Feb 24 at time of connection act team told me that first month there is 1943 charge for 3 month plan after this you will charge 549 pm. Now my plan is expiring team @ACTFibernet is telling me to read terms and conditions

@ACTFibernet - ACT would be the worst service provide to choose from. In every 1 or 2 months, I've to raise a complaint regarding slow and intermittent connection. Upon complaining they just check the speed and close the ticket. With Rs 942/- pm, this is what I'm getting in 2024.

@ACTFibernet Filing a consumer case against ACT. Totally fraud company who is straight cheating customers. 6 days no internet and customer care says they will not resolve it and they will also not refund my money.

@ACTFibernet I asked your person for internet connection and also made the full payment of 3 months. It happened 48 hrs back but still I contacted them many times no one came to provide connection.
