@ACTFibernet SR10371333697594 internet has been flaky for one week and even if I open a ticket your guys close it saying it's fixed. Offer a permanent solution for this. At least check properly on what's going on. It's down again now.

@ACTFibernet Raised a request for new connection. Your technician picked up calls and responded to all my queries until I made the payment..once I sent payment confirmation that's it, they started to ghost me..still now no one responded on my installation request..

@ACTFibernet day 10 without internet and guys have worst customer care not even proper response and you except to pay full bill on due date of 15th when I don’t have internet for 10 days. Slove your issue install gx box and do waiver for those 10 days

Worst service that some IP provider can give to the customer! @JioFiberChennai i was using @ACTFibernet for past 2 years it was troublesome not this much troublesome like Jio. For the past 2 days no internet connection and no one either cane to visit ! Will never recommend this!

@ACTFibernet I have given a disconnection request SR10371088012754 because you charged me ₹650 for relocation within Chennai. A person from support called and asked the reason for disconnection I said abt the charges. She said we can do relocation for free of cost. I accepted.

They will resolve any issues within 4 hours compared to this worst service by ACT. I am surviving because of my back up connection with airtel @airtelindia

@ACTFibernet I paid rupees 3713 to a person named Durga for a new broadband connection today morning. She assured me that the installation will be done before evening. But the installation person came and denied the installation. When I informed her she said she will look into it
