@makemytrip I feel cheated with my today booking . I have taken lemon tree it was showing sweeping pool but while checking they told me it's under renovation from long . I need my refund or provide me another hotel

Dear #makemytrip (@Rajesh_Magow) pls look into my matter as there is no mistake from my side though I'm not getting a refund even your Oyo partners understood that issue was from your side...and Oyo has mailed you to refund my money. Pls do the needful.

@makemytrip seems very frequent in looting customers with dark patterns like this, but no option to use at all is straight SCAM. There is absolutely no fear of @jagograhakjago @consaff what do ever.

@makemytripcare What is the issue arising. We paid the money and the bus agents denied to go and asked to cancel. So just refund the money asap. Why are you making me wait and causing inconvenience. Please reply with a proper explanation else i am not going with @makemytrip ever again
