Once @makemytrip has collected the money they simply don’t care. Before the payment is due there is literally a follow up call starting three days before ensuring payment is on time. What about post payment. Who will take care of that

@makemytripcare Had a very horrific incident with #makemytrip. I had paid 55k for a hotel reservation 2 month ago but the hotel says that #makemytrip has not paid the hotel yet. I had to pay again at the hotel to checkin. Is this a kind of scam?

@makemytrip mmt is crap in planning holiday. We pay ~40% extra so that trip is planned perfectly but they dont care. My ask was for gulmarg stay but they gave hotel in tanmarg. Only after reaching pahalgam realized both are different. Change requested also rejected @tourismgoi
