@makemytrip I have not seen such worse services .I had a failed bookings and supposed to get full refund but it’s 20 days post my booking cancellation and when I call make my trip they keep saying it’s in process without giving me any details.

Folks who don’t have any good connection keep getting duped or scammed and never get the justice or it’s delayed by leaps and bound. Zero accountability for sure. Agencies are not questioned. Our tweets for small matters also go unnoticed.

Every time we ask refund either they ask for the proof which we already have shared 10 times/update that they will get back in 24-48 hrs and then never come back. Pathetic company pathetic customer care

Extremely bad cab booking experience with @makemytrip . Cab arrived 1 hour late and now I am running the risk of missing my flight. On top of that the customer care team does not have any clue. Please close the division if you cannot run it. Cc @DeepKalraMMT

There’s is fraudulent activity happening with there new feature which they call as zero cancellation features of MMT , my flight got cancelled by airline. I got my refund after deducting insurance amt, zero cancellation fee, service charge.@makemytrip @makemytripcare cheating
