Extremely unhappy with @makemytrip @makemytripcare Had booked a trip to Munnar for 5 N Earlier I was said that cab transfers can be customised after booking also . Now after booking when I enquire for the same they are asking for 5500 extra. Really disappointed with the support

Definitely I will take legal action to this kind of behaviour which you all showed with me. This was my first booking with MakeMyTrip and I will suggest people never to download and take services from MakeMyTrip. @makemytrip @UPGovt

@makemytrip @makemytripcare I want an asap refund for my ticket. I 've been waiting for your Support for the last 3 days. So refund my money, blacklist the operator because of the bus operators your image is downgraded. & You know that what does drink & drive means!

@makemytrip i am a MMT Black platinum member. Is it fare to charge ₹2700 when i have cancelled flight booking within 15 mins and that too because of error on your application. Error occurred on your app still i have re-booked flight from your platform only.
