@makemytrip this issue is raised prior to flight check-in time opening, is diluted the incident and delayed,so either customer or airline can't do anything when diluted services from travel agent. @makemytrip should take responsibility over the delay or loss or price

I paid for hotel but didn’t stay because the location was not suitable for family. Raised a complaint and was informed that complaint is validated but actions not disclosed. I have the right to know how was it decided that my complaint is not valid @makemytrip @bhasin65sanjeev

Both company customer care executives are so rude and disconnect the calls in between while keep u waiting for hours @oyorooms @makemytrip should not be so insensitive @jagograhakjago please help

@makemytrip you have pathetic customer support, completely on bot, not having any option to complain about the problem I am facing while booking a bus. After selecting a sleeper birth for a female passenger, it simply does not move forward & asks to select passenger again
