@makemytrip It's so difficult to get a customer care person talk and sort out the query. I received a mail that flights have been rescheduled for my bhutan trip. The voucher sent has no change. Pnr is not valid . Druk air app is showing no such flight nor make my trip.frustrated.

@makemytripcare @makemytrip U hav cheated a Black Platinum member. Booked domestic return air tickets & paid extra for zero cancelation. Had to modify the date of onward travel. Not only have you charged me for date change but also removed cancellation privileges. Wat a scam!

Booking and getting lured with @makemytrip @makemytripcare offers is sheer foolishness. I went for train booking and paid extra ₹554 for Trip Guarantee Plus. My ticket got RAC and they send a VOUCHER which is not working. Such scam.
