American Airlines is a US airline and has Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport as its largest hub. American Airlines also owns American Eagle, which operates mostly regional flights. American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

@AmericanAir I reported them. It was faster. I understand delays, it happens. The lack of communication was the issue. If I miss my connection I would rather not go. I'm on board hoping for the best.

@AmericanAir Another update: after @AmericanAir made us miss our first connection with 50 min on tarmac, jumped on next available flight CLT-LAX only to land and sit on tarmac for 30 minutes and countingâŠ. Never had this happen with any other airline.

@AmericanAir is just simply awful. The worst execution in service and customer service ever displayed in my opinion. Don't take my word for it, ask an entire group coming from @fly2ohare heading to Charlotte.. just simply pitiful.... This is why I fly @Delta
