@airtelindia With this delay, new billing cycle also kicked in yesterday. I shouldn't be hold responsible for any fresh payment just because customer service is not contacting with their engineer on the ground. Please resolve this asap. Thank you!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After the both the recharge still only incoming activated and no Outgoing till activated in account and after again call on customer service they are saying after 4 month of sim porting suddenly now KYC issue happened and we have temporarily deactivated your service for sim.

I logged a complaint for internet issue Complaint no 1-81166673200 yesterday at 8.45 pm. But no one come for resolution from. airtel customer care was not lodged any complaint yesterday and they just fake promises.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@JioCare @reliancejio Jiofiber requires 3 days to fix internet connectivity issue in Bangalore. In this age and time, this is unacceptable. @airtelindia in my experience does it much faster. Only on jio because of bundled OTT. Service is better for airtel anyday

@airtelindia I've been trying to disconnect my broadband as I've moved to a new address and the engineer tells me it is not feasible at the new location. BUT whenever I connect with customer service to disconnect - 3 times now, they tell me they will contact the engineer and get back. [1/2]
