WTF does it take to shift your Airtel fiber net connection to a different city ? @airtelindia why does your customer service promise timelines and not keep up? You give us the option to choose a slot and you cancel it without informing us. Very very disappointing and frustrating!

@airtelindia what's the process to disconnect Broadband connection? Your call IVR doesn't have the option, chatbot doesn't have the option too. And when I went to the local BTM 2nd Stage office, they said they can't take Broadband disconnection request.
