@Airtel_Presence Since no resolution has been provided by @airtelindia and your customer care number is always busy (can understand based on your service) and automatically disconnects after waiting for over 20 minutes, I guess I have to raise this issue with consumer forum @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare Hi Shireen. Thanks for this initiative. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence took 4 days to resolve issue and by that time we purchased Ji Fiber +917313694434. Also in contact with an agent for Business 4001 Plan, shortly we will pay for 3 months rent. We need Static IP. #Airtel bye
