@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Took Airtel Xtream Fibre connection 1Gbps+DTH plan (3999+taxes). One of the worst customer service I have ever seen (No response at all) . 1) It’s been 1.5 weeks, DTH setup not done , 2) Speed is less than 100mbps. Location: Hyderabad.

Airtel's internet and service quality are deteriorating. My WiFi hasn't worked in 10 days, network signals keep dropping. Each time, they make excuses but don't resolve the issue. If this continues, Airtel will soon go extinct. @airtelindia #airtelRelated Services
