Complaint no 10397153835 dateed 30tt March and 10397153835 dated 17th March Are closed without resolving broadband issue. Issue has persisted for the last 20 days. Can any one from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence help us to resolve issue? It seems customer care is helpless
