Airtel is now forcing subscribers to change 4g to 5g Sim by stopping the work and when u call customer care they told u that your Sim is malfunctioned and not working. So goto store and get it changed. This is scam as it will save huge cost to replace SIM. @TRAI @airtelindia

@airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst experience with 4g Airtel. I complaint 2 days befor but No any support by customer care. Very bad service. I don't suggest anyone to join Airtel. Jio service is best.

@airtelindia It is Sad to say that Airtel connectivity is very poor. Is it happening in some parts of TamilNadu or all over India. I am not even able to get 4g. From past 10 days the internet connectivity is worst. I request Airtel to look into this issue as fast as possible.
