Dear @airtelindia your customer service sucks I have been using your broadband connection since last 4 years and now suddenly I am getting a vas service charge in my bill since last two months last I month i called your customer service and deactivate the service and no doubt

@airtelindia my Airtel Xstream fiber ID 04460450722_tn. Not working from 30th March 2024. I called and send emails more than 20 times to customer Care, nodel Officer and Appalet authority too but nothing happend. Simply am getting reply email your issue will be resolved soon

@airtelindia In our Area , Broadband is continuously down from last 24 hours. Now pls tell us how we will work ? As you better know , everything is dependent on Internet. ( from office work to everything ). pls resume the services immediately. And dont charge for 2 days in bill.
