@airtelindia Broadband Out-of-Service Request No. 398250979008512 - Pending for 2 days. Service Engineers getting assigned amd then re-assigned with new resolution times and no one bothering to pick up their phones. Lethargy and Apathy has drilled down to the grassroots

@airtelindia I called many times but network issue not resolved so far. In a city like chandigarh, I am facing worst experience with Airtel in terms of network and internet. Customer care registered complaints and resolved on their own but never asked for feedback of complainant.
